It's Free for an order over $15.00. Normally takes 7-16 days for a product to get to you. Some products may vary depending on holidays or supply chain disruptions. 

Returns

With returns we try to understand the reasoning to help us improve the process or the product offering. The return has to be executed within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

Save your box or bag your product has come in. We send you a shipping label and you just send it back in the same package it came in. 

Packaging

Packaging can come in all different types, it is up to the suppliers. The supplier will send the package in whatever will protect the product well but also aid in the speed of the shipping.
